Liu Guozhong elected governor of Shaanxi province

XI'AN - Liu Guozhong was elected governor of Northwest China's Shaanxi province at a session of the provincial legislature Tuesday.
The election was held at the first session of the 13th Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress.
Liu was born in 1962. He is a native of Wangkui of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province.
