Pregnant 35-year old continues pole dancing

A soon-to-be mom from Orlando, Florida, US is proving there isn’t anything you can’t do while pregnant.

Allison Sipes, a professional pole dancer, has wowed her Facebook followers by posting regular footage of her continuing to exercise with a pole throughout her pregnancy.

Originally from Gainesville, Florida, Sipes, 35, has been pole dancing since 2005; in addition to teaching at Lotus Fitness Studio, she now manages the US Pole Sports Federation.

This is Sipes’s first pregnancy and her baby, a girl, is due around April 7.

Sipes has continued pole dancing at almost 38 weeks, and plans to continue until labor.

“I have spoken with my doctors about my form of fitness, and they all agreed as long as I felt good, I can keep doing it, because it will make my delivery and recovery much easier,” Sipes said.
