Team China won all gold medals at the 2018 ITTF World tour China Open in Shenzhen, South China's Guangdong province on Sunday.

After Lin Gaoyuan and Chen Xingtong defeated Japanese pair Mima Ito and Masataka Morizono in the mixed doubles final match on Saturday, Fan Zhendong and Lin Gaoyuan scored victory over the multinational pair of Romania’s Ionescu Ovidiu and Spain’s Robles Alvaro 3-0 at the men's doubles finals on Sunday. Ding Ning and Zhu Yuling beat their South Korean rivals Jeon Ji-hee/Yang Ha-eun 3-1 at the women's doubles finals.

Competition for gold medals of the women's and men's singles both took place between Chinese players. Wang Manyu defeated her teammate Ding Ning 4-3 to become the women's singles champion, while Ma Long won the title of men's singles over Fan Zhendong after a 4-1 victory.
