Wild boar predicts World Cup winners

A British wild boar named Mystic Marcus predicted the Russian World Cup semifinal lineup, according to news from the Russian Satellite News Agency. Its predictions have never missed before.

People placed apples with the flags of 32 countries in front of Marcus, and Marcus ate those with the national flags of Belgium, Argentina, Nigeria and Uruguay, representing the four semifinalists that he chose.

Juliet, owner of the wild boar in the United Kingdom, said that Marcus had successfully predicted the 2014 World Cup championship team and Wimbledon championship in a similar way.

New World Cup-themed cigarette butt boxes on Qinhuangdao Beach

Cigarette butt collection boxes, labeled with the names of popular teams in the World Cup, showed up on Qinhuangdao Beach. The management committee set up six single-sided transparent cigarette collection boxes on the beach, divided into two compartments that represent two soccer teams.

People can put cigarette butts into the compartments with the names of teams they like. It aims to guide visitors to put cigarette butts into the box related to their own interests and hobbies.
