The swimming cat
Van cats are a distinctive race of domestic cat, found in the Lake Van region of eastern Turkey. They are relatively large and have a chalky white coat, along with, oftentimes, two different eye colors.
They've been seen swimming in Lake Van, which has led to their nickname, "the swimming cat".
Van cats can be identified by the color of their eyes and fur. While some display mismatched eye colors, with one blue and the other amber, others have two blue or two amber.
