Qatar Airways has been named the world's best airline in 2019, according to a ranking released by AirHelp, an online legal service for passengers' rights.
The ranking measures airlines which offer the best service, fly on time, and treat passengers fairly if problems occur, highlighting passenger experience on its list. China Southern Airlines, which scored the highest in China, took the 27th spot on the list.
