The 4th US-China Sister Cities Mayors' Summit has kicked off in Houston on Wednesday.
In 1979, Nanjing and Saint Louis became the first pair of sister cities between the two countries. 40 years on, the bilateral sister city relationships are flourishing. Now, there are 277 pairs of sister relationships at different levels and the momentum is still going strong.
