China urges Vietnam to act properly

China has urged Vietnam on Friday to act properly after the latter announced it will extend its drilling operations on Wan'antan of China's Nansha Islands.
China has expressed its stance and has maintained communication with Vietnam since it started drilling unilaterally in May, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Hua Chunying said in a daily news conference in Beijing.
