The French automaker PSA Group sold 64,169 vehicles in total in the Chinese and Southeast Asian markets in the first half of 2019, which represented a slump of 62.1 percent over the same period last year.
Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile, the PSA Group's Chinese venture, said the sales of its Citroen and Peugeot cars shrunk 60 percent in the first half of this year, and it had only completed 26.8 percent of its annual target sales.
