ZHENGZHOU - Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, stressed Tuesday the development of Party organizations at the primary level during his inspection tour to central China's Henan Province.

There is no end of the pursuit of a happier and better life, Xi said when inspecting poverty alleviation projects at a village in Guangshan County.

Party organizations at the primary level should be well developed so that they can effectively implement the plans and policies made by the CPC Central Committee and unite the people to follow the Party's leadership, he said.
