Climate protest continues in London despite ban

Extinction Rebellion protests move into their 10th day in central London. Despite a police ban, so far more than 1,600 people had been arrested.

According to the group, around 2,500 protesters showed up on Wednesday at Trafalgar Square for another day of climate change demonstration.

On Tuesday, one of the founders of the group was arrested for allegedly trying to smash the window of a government building. The protests are set to last until Saturday.
