Children these days mature faster compared to their parents, hence the outdated law must be amended to take that into consideration, and lower the criminal responsibility age to 12! Many schoolchildren have been exposed to porn and violence on the internet, influencing them into bad behavior and crimes at a young age, so lowering the age to 12 is fully justified.
