China is moving toward a technology-based economy and is on track to achieve long-term steady growth, making the nation a "fascinating" place for global investors, a senior official from Mubadala Investment said.
"The country has talented and aggressive entrepreneurs, who have the potential to be highly competitive globally," said Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak, chief executive officer of the global investment company.
