Uruguayan forward Lopez secure move to Mexico's Tigres

MEXICO CITY - Tigres UANL have reached a deal to sign former Roma and Udinese forward Nicolas Lopez from Brazil's Internacional, the Mexican club said on Sunday.
Lopez, 26, will undergo a medical in the coming days and is expected to make his debut for the Liga MX side in January.
"From Porto Alegre [in southern Brazil] we have a surprise. Welcome, Nico Lopez," Tigres said in a Twitter post.
No details were given about the price of the transfer or the length of the contract.
Lopez made 104 appearances for Internacional in Brazil's top flight from 2016 until 2019, scoring 21 goals.
The former Uruguay U-20 international has also represented Verona, Granada and Nacional in a professional career that began in 2011.
