International students are safe and being taken good care of amid the novel coronavirus epidemic in China, said Victor, a German student in Central China's Wuhan, the epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak.

He is busy with his thesis for a bachelor's degree and teachers talk with him every day to ensure safety, said Victor, the exchange student from Germany to Huazhong University of Science and Technology in Wuhan.

Victor wants to tell his parents not to worry about him and he believes the Chinese government will control the novel coronavirus-related pneumonia.
