Charter flights to bring home 2,000 Chinese tourists from the Philippines

XIAMEN - Xiamen Airlines will dispatch nine charter flights from Feb 5 to 10 to the Philippines to bring home about 2,000 Chinese tourists stranded there following the coronavirus outbreak.
According to the plan, there will be six charter flights from Manila, capital of the Philippines, to the city of Quanzhou in eastern China's Fujian province and another three flights from Manila to Xiamen, also in Fujian.
The first charter flight left for Manila at 2:29 pm Wednesday. It is scheduled to depart from Manila at 6 pm local time and arrive in Quanzhou at 8:25 pm.
