China ranks 2nd in tank biathlon competition in int'l army games

MOSCOW -- The International Army Games 2020 ended in a suburb here Saturday, with the Chinese team winning second place in the tank biathlon competition.
The final of the tank biathlon was held Saturday at the Alabino training ground in the Moscow region. The Russian team won the competition in 1 hour, 28 minutes and 53 seconds, while the Chinese team finished in 1 hour, 29 minutes and 29 seconds.
The International Army Games 2020 was held in Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan from Aug 23 to Sept 5.
More than 5,000 participants from 156 teams from over 30 countries and regions competed in the games.
Over 260 contestants from six Chinese teams participated in six competitions, including the tank biathlon.
