Duoyun Books also celebrated a Christmas opening on Changle Road, next to the historical Lyceum Theatre, which is temporarily closed for refurbishment.
The store hosted a forum featuring theater artists, producers and industry leaders in the city in celebration of its grand opening.
Standing 239 meters above sea level, it is the highest bookstore in the city.
