Sanhe village of Sanchahe township
in Zhaojue county of Liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture, Sichuan province

Lying deep in the Daliang Mountains, Sanhe village was a village in deep poverty. In the past, people there mainly relied on growing corn and potato to earn money. Its poverty headcount ratio was 46.47 percent.

The village leveraged crop farming, animal breeding, and cultural and tourism industries to lift its villagers out of poverty. The villagers' annual income per capita was 23,423 yuan ($3,616) in 2018, nearly double from 2013.
