Western Beijing's Mentougou district rolled out seven spring outing routes for travelers on March 24. The routes feature distinctive ecology, homestays, culture and agriculture elements in the district.

Visitors can explore the Jingxi ancient road and savor local food and farming culture at Gushan village. Hiking and cycling experiences, as well as close touch with local intangible culture and folk customs will also be in place.

The goal is to let travelers fully appreciate the culture of western Beijing.
