Shanghai records 28 asymptomatic new cases

Shanghai reported Saturday 28 new asymptomatic local COVID-19 infections, all in quarantine, said the city's health commission.
Four new buildings or neighborhoods were designated as medium-risk zones.
The city currently has 24 hospitalized COVID-19 patients and 1,094 asymptomatic infections.
