China and Central Asian countries agree to hold the summit every two years and the next summit to be held in Kazakhstan.
The presidents of China and the five Central Asian countries agreed to take the opportunity of the summit in Xi’an to officially inaugurate the China-Central Asia Summit Mechanism, with China and Central Asian countries taking turns to host the biennial summit. The next summit will be held in Kazakhstan in 2025.
?The presidents agreed to establish a permanent secretariat of the mechanism in China.
