On Monday afternoon, the Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering (CQVIE) in Southwest China's Chongqing welcomed a 25-member media delegation from the Thai Journalists Association who visited to explore high-quality vocational education and the integration of local institutions into international production capacity cooperation.

As part of the 6th session of the event "China in the New Era: What Thai Media Should Know" on Monday, the delegation joined a symposium with CQVIE and toured the industry-education integration training base in intelligent equipment and advanced manufacturing at the institute.

"It's a fantastic opportunity for us to participate in this event," said the delegation leader, Usa Meecharee, at the symposium. "We are all aware that China's technology stands out globally, a highly desirable aspect. And I'm delighted to see that numerous students from Thailand are pursuing their studies here."

"During the training, we have the privilege of being exposed to cutting-edge technologies and knowledge in the fields of new energy and automotive specialties," said Jinda Chalood, dean of the Automotive College at the Eastern Technological College in Chumphon, Thailand.
