With Spring Festival approaching, a spectacular high platform lion dance performance was staged recently at the Chiyou Jiuli Town scenic spot in Chongqing's Pengshui Miao and Tujia autonomous county.
The lion dance holds significant cultural importance in Chinese tradition and is often performed during celebrations, business gatherings, and important occasions. It is thought to dispel negativity, bring blessings and seek good luck.
