Van Gogh's Bedroom in Arles and Self-portrait from 1887 are both considered highly representative of his work, capturing his emotional depth and bold use of color.

In addition to world-class paintings, the exhibition will also boast over 20 notable sculptures, including Auguste Rodin's Bust of Victor Hugo, Edgar Degas's bronze figures of ballerinas and Paul Gauguin's Tahitian wood carvings, highlighting the late 19th century's artistic shift of cross-media art.

Designed by French exhibition designer Cecile Degos, the show will recreate the interior ambiance of the Musee d'Orsay within MAP, weaving iconic elements like arching domes, classical clocks, and glass structures, creating an immersive experience akin to Seine's riverbanks.

To enhance public engagement, a pop-up store has been set up at New Bund Red Lane. According to MAP, a series of related publications and over 200 cultural and creative products will be released after the exhibition opens.
