Latin scholars study Hebei's modernization model

A group of young scholars from think tanks across 19 Latin American and Caribbean nations, including Cuba, Costa Rica, and Brazil, concluded a four-day tour across Hebei province on Saturday, having gained deep insights into China's modernization practices.
During the journey, the delegation explored key locations in Shijiazhuang, Baoding, and Xiong'an New Area, according to the province's foreign affairs office.
In Shijiazhuang, they embarked on a cultural journey at the Hebei Museum and visited Tayuanzhuang village of Zhengding county to observe its rural revitalization practices.
In Baoding, academic exchanges were held with Hebei University scholars. The group also visited Great Wall Motor, one of the country's leading automakers, to witness breakthroughs in new energy and intelligent manufacturing.
They also experienced Xiong'an New Area's innovation in technology, public services, and community governance.
According to the scholars, the tour provided a close-up view of Chinese modernization in Hebei and established a new platform for China-Latin America think tank dialogue.
