Taixing launches 'Construction Express' initiative to ease project approvals
Taixing, a county-level city in East China's Jiangsu province, has rolled out its "Construction Express" initiative to tackle bottlenecks faced by enterprises in project delivery through face-to-face engagement, further strengthening the business environment.
During face-to-face discussions, enterprises outlined practical hurdles encountered in project delivery, such as fire safety approvals and design requirements.
The Taixing Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, for instance, provided one-stop guidance across key approval stages, including drawing reviews, green building compliance, quality and safety oversight, and fire safety design checks, giving enterprises clear and authoritative direction.
Moreover, the city strengthened policy communication by consolidating relevant rules and rolling out targeted briefings, responding to business calls for clearer guidance and end-to-end documentation.
Additionally, contact information for relevant departments was released on site to seek guidance in advance, reflecting a shift toward more proactive service delivery.
