As the Chinese New Year draws near, Muhammet Annayev, an entrepreneur who opened a Georgian restaurant in Beijing a decade ago, shared insights into the rich cultural symbolism of the horse in Georgian tradition in a recent interview with China Daily. "In Georgian culture, the horse has many symbolic meanings," he said. "Just like in Chinese culture, the horse represents all auspicious things."
