Strict quality control throughout the entire process is key to their international market presence. A qualified World Cup souvenir ball involves multiple core processes, including printing, paneling, and molding.
"Each step is followed by specialized inspections, and the final product undergoes professional tests for leather quality and bounce to ensure compliance with FIFA certification standards," said Chen Chun, the company's assistant general manager.
To ensure product excellence, the company maintains a professional laboratory and R&D team. With nearly two decades of expertise and a commitment to quality, its products have consistently excelled at top international events.
"Seeing our soccer balls recognized by the World Cup and having the opportunity to bring Haimen-made soccer to the world makes us incredibly excited!" the workers said, beaming with pride.
