Macro: Commercial bribery

According to an article in the Study Times published by the Communist Central
Party School, commercial bribery has become a subterranean set of rules inside
China and these subterranean rules seriously affect China's economic order.
The article says that recent cases such as "Lucent case" and "DPC case"
exposed the seriousness of the problem of commercial bribery in China.
A US independent investigatory commission discovered that American company
Lucent is suspected of bribing Chinese government officials during the course of
its operation in China.
