Japan-based Re-plus, a multinational finance, insurance and real estate investor, pooled 2.8 billion yuan to buy a combined office floor of 120,000 square meters of Beijing's China Central Place yesterday, Re-plus's first real estate investment on the Chinese mainland.

Re-plus has also signed a strategic cooperation contract with China Central Place to be responsible for operation and sales of all office buildings in the high-end business complex.
