Bank: Chairman named for Pudong bank(Shanghai Daily)Updated: 2007-04-09 17:52 Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co will appoint Ji Xiaohui, deputy secretary general of the Shanghai government and head of the city's Financial Services Office, as its chairman, Xinhua reported. Commercial Bank of China Ltd. Ji's wife, Ma Li, a vice president of Pudong Bank,
