IT: HP sales rise(Shanghai Daily)Updated: 2007-04-17 15:06 Hewlett-Packard Co's sales of computers and information systems in China rose an average of 35 percent for each of the 17 quarters ended January, said Shu Qi, vice president of its China unit. HP has more than 10,000 partners in China, where it has opened retail shops in 332 cities, said Shu at a conference in Chongqing.HP's sales in the Asia-Pacific region rose faster last quarter than other markets, jumping 15 percent to US$4 billion, the firm said.
