China's stocks close mixed

BEIJING - Chinese stocks close mixed on Tuesday with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 13.86 points, or 0.52 percent to closed at 2,638.80.
The Shenzhen Component Index rose 35.38 points, or 0.31 percent, to end at 11,338.71.
Combined turnover rose to 259.2 billion yuan (about $38 billion) from 238.21 billion yuan on the previous trading day.
