BEIJING - China aims to achieve major breakthrough in economic restructuring and maintain stable and relatively fast economic growth, which is a key target for the next five years, the central committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) said on Monday.

The 17th CPC Central Committee concluded its fifth plenary session on Monday. The four-day plenum examined and approved the proposals for formulating the development plan for the next five years (2011-2015).
