Sichuan Swellfun Co said it has agreed to sell a 40 percent stake in the company that produces Quanxing Daqu liquor to Bright Food Group Co for 47.2 million yuan ($7 million),?Bloomberg News reported Thursday, citing a statement to Shanghai's stock exchange.
