Timeline of State Council task

2013

? By end of April, house registration, forestry land registration, grassland registration and land registration to be integrated by government. (Tasks previously carried out by different ministries.)

? By end of June, government to issue revised list of investment projects requiring central government approval. List to also include investment projects no longer needing such approval, and projects with approval rights switched to, and granted by, local governments.

? By end of June, government will integrate administration of urban workers' health insurance, urban residents' health insurance and new rural cooperative medical care system. (Services used to be provided by different ministries.)

2014

? Government to issue regulation on real estate registration by end of June and set up nationwide real estate registration system during year.

? By end of June, government to set up Internet real-name registration system.

2015

? Social credibility system to be set up based on citizens' identity card numbers.

2017

? Unified platform to record information, including finance, industrial and commercial registration, taxation and traffic violation records.
