"After an import trading company completed the procedures for the airplane, it was disassembled into parts that used up 60 to 70 containers and transported to Wuhan by ship. The cost of freight, lifting and tariff amounted to more than 3 million yuan ($452,325), and it took 11 months from negotiation to Customs declaration to shipping to Wuhan," Li said.
