Sales of Volvo Cars in China in the first quarter hit 13,780 units, a year-on-year increase of 26.6 percent. The company's best-seller in China was the XC60 SUV, which sold nearly 5,800 units in the period, followed by the S60 sedan with sales of about 4,000 units.
