No Cruise annulment for Nic

Aussie movie star Nicole Kidman has denied claims that she is seeking an annulment of her marriage to Tom Cruise, so that she can marry her country singer boyfriend Keith Urban in a religious ceremony.According to the reports in the Australian media, Nicole, a devout Catholic, was likely to be granted the request because her marriage to Scientology’s Tom Cruise, which lasted for 11 years from 1990-2001, did not conform to the requirements of the church."
However, the actress' American publicist has nixed the rumor, saying, "I'm afraid (I've) never heard this before."
As for a possible June/July wedding with Urban, her Australian spokeswoman doubted if Kidman and Urban were even planning an engagement yet.
"I've never been told by Nicole that she is actually engaged. If and when she marries again, I'm sure she will make some sort of announcement," she said.
