Miller died of injuries sustained in a fall.

However, nothing was said about what day she died. And a funeral services will be held in private.

She will be remembered for her grace and generosity and tireless work to preserve her father's legacy, and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her," said current Disney CEO Robert Iger.

Diane Disney Miller was one of the co-founders of the Walt Disney Family Museum in San Francisco. She was also the president of the board of directors of the Walt Disney Family Foundation.
