The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) will hold the summit meeting on June 15 in Shanghai.

This was announced by Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Liu Jianchao at the regular press conference.

Heads of state of the six SCO member countries will attend the summit meeting, Liu said.

Established five years ago, SCO now groups China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
