Public hearing for naked Hainan bather

A young woman has filed a lawsuit against a Hainan bathing beach after two boys entered the lady's changing room while she was naked.

The boys, aged six and eight, accompanied their mothers to the women's dressing room after they had finished swimming on Haidian Island.

The complainant, surnamed Zhang, said the administrative committee of the bathing beach had failed to prevent the boys from entering the women's dressing room.

But local security guards argued the two boys were too young to be banned from the area.

A local court has accepted the case and will shortly open a public hearing.
