General-Secretary of CPV kicks off China visit

BEIJING -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee Dong Duc Manh arrived in Beijing on Friday, starting a four-day official good-will visit to China as guest of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Chinese President Hu Jintao.
On Manh's arrival in Beijing, he handed over to China a list of relief materials totaling 15 metric tons.
