China civil servant application website jammed for overload

In addition, positions with grassroots government departments below the county level will open for those graduating from university in 2009. Those who apply for positions that require working in remote or poor areas in the country's west, their enrolment will be favored. Punishment against discipline violation has also been intensified. Those caught violating the rules will be disqualified from attending the exam this year or banned from attending the civil service examination for five years, according to the severity of their actions. |
