VLADIVOSTOK, Russia -- Chinese President Hu Jintao met Vietnamese President Truong Tan Sang on Friday to discuss bilateral ties and issues of common concern.
The two leaders are attending the 20th Economic Leaders' Meeting of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) scheduled for Saturday and Sunday.
Both China and Vietnam are APEC members.
