BEIJING - Leading officials of organization departments across China have been urged to stick to a firm political belief, justice and a cleanhanded work style.

Zhao Leji, head of the Organization Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, made the remarks Monday at a seminar with organization department heads of CPC committees at province, city and county levels.

The seminar was part of a training course for organization officials which runs from March 22 to April 2.

"(Organization officials) should uphold a just attitude, stick to principles during personnel appointments, and treat people equally," Zhao said.

Warning against bureaucracy and indulgence in extravagance, Zhao called on organization officials to have a close relationship with grassroots people and maintain an honest and diligent work style.
