The restructuring and upgrading of State-owned enterprises is at a crucial stage, and Huang said further ownership diversification is "a high priority" that will benefit sustainable development of the Chinese economy.

國資委副主任黃淑和說，國有企業(yè)的重組改制和優(yōu)化升級正處于關(guān)鍵階段，進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)產(chǎn)權(quán)多元化是優(yōu)先發(fā)展的重點方向，這將有益于中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

“產(chǎn)權(quán)多元化”就是ownership diversification，是國企未來的發(fā)展趨勢。其中一個途徑就是injecting private capital into State-owned assets（私企向國企注入資金）。

當(dāng)前State-owned enterprises（SOE，國企）和central SOEs（央企）正處于restructuring and upgrading（重組改制和優(yōu)化升級）的關(guān)鍵時期，推行diversified ownership（混合所有制）有利于中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的sustainable development（可持續(xù)發(fā)展）。
