Work and rest schedule

During their stay in space, the astronauts work and rest in line with schedules on the ground.

They will work six days a week and eight hours a day.

They have spare time from 8 pm to 10 pm each day. During the time, they can take photos, listen to the music, or even have a video talk with their families in private.
