Surgeon Zhou Jianbo eats with cotton swabs instead of chopsticks at the People's Hospital of Hunan province in order to train his fingers to be more agile for surgery. Dr Zhou is deputy chief surgeon of the hospital's Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Department. He has been eating with cotton swabs for more than two years.
